The Legal team provides legal and regulatory advice to ensure that all CDC products and services are compliant per local regulations while also meeting the needs of CDC customers. This 12-month fixed term role is based in London reporting to Head of Commercial, Employment and Litigation Counsel who based in Hong Kong. This is a fixed term contract for maternity leave cover, and you will be required to provide a good level support on a broad range of employment law matters impacting the EMEIA, USA, Canada and the Middle East regions.
