Our Local Programs and Regulatory Compliance team is responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in the countries where we operate. We’re looking for a Compliance Data Manager with deep SQL expertise, strong logical reasoning skills, and the ability to use Python, APIs, or similar tools to automate data workflows. This role supports the Global Regulatory Reporting team, which is responsible for meeting our global licensing and tax reporting obligations. In this role, you’ll develop a strong understanding of Crypto.com ’s products and data flows to support timely and accurate regulatory reporting.  This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is comfortable working independently through complex data problems, communicates clearly, and collaborates effectively across teams and time zones. They will possess skills in data analytics, SQL, Python, Jira, and data visualization. Experience working with APIs and webhooks to integrate with third-party platforms is a strong plus. They should exhibit a strong passion for financial innovation, who thrives working cross-functionally and collaboratively to solve complex problems, and are excited about supporting Crypto.com ’s mission to put “cryptocurrency in every wallet”.
