Role Overview We are hiring an experienced and highly motivated Global Licensing and Corporate Counsel to lead our efforts in securing licenses for payments, remittance, e-money, and virtual asset broker dealers across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires strong expertise in financial regulations, hands-on experience with strategising and structuring licensing processes, and the ability to coordinate with regulators, external counsel, and internal stakeholders, as well as ensuring our corporate setup is optimised for both regulatory approval and operational efficiency.
