In this role, you’ll work closely with our Chief Operating Officer and the Senior Leadership of the COO Office, leading a growing BizOps team with a mandate to elevate operational excellence, support cross-border scalability, and future-proof our infrastructure across the BTSE Ecosystem. This is a high-impact role where you will lead the team to drive a variety of the projects—from evolving internal governance systems and optimizing back-office platforms, to supporting go-to-market efforts for licensed entities and joint ventures, and building frameworks for business continuity and cost efficiency.
