About the Opportunity: We’re looking for a self-starting and data-savvy Platform Operations Associate - User Operations to join the BTSE team. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of data, user experience, and business impact—shaping strategies that drive user growth, improve overall user retention and conversions, and enhance platform performance. You will collaborate closely with Product, Strategy, Token Listing, Marketing, Data Intelligence, and Customer Support to identify friction points and turn insights into actionable improvements.
