Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field Master’s degree in Finance or participation in the CFA program is strongly preferred At least 2 years of accounting experience At least 4 years of exposure to financial markets at a trading firm, hedge fund, brokerage, or fintech environment   What You Will Do  The role responsibilities are divided into two main categories: Financial Accounting Assist with the preparation of the Trading Desk’s financial statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) Coordinate with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support for the audit of financial statements. P&L and Risk Control P&L Reporting & Analysis: Direct the P&L control function for the trading desk, providing insightful weekly and monthly performance reporting and analysis to key stakeholders. Risk Management Framework: Develop, implement, and oversee the risk management framework that governs all trading activities.
