About the role We are looking for an ambitious  Business Development Manager  to drive the growth of our new B2B sales channel across Europe. In this role, you will own the full 360° sales process – from prospecting and relationship-building, through negotiations, to closing high-value deals. You will focus on acquiring and developing international clients – primarily interior designers and architects – as well as SME and premium businesses, with a particular emphasis on Germany and other European markets. Once you join our team, you will be responsible for: - Managing  the entire B2B sales cycle independently – including prospecting, relationship building, negotiating, and deal closing - Reaching  key decision-makers (interior designers, architects, business owners, procurement & office management teams) - Expanding and developing  our international client portfolio, with a strong focus on Germany, Poland, and Europe - Building and maintaining  long-term partnerships - Collaborating  closely with the Tylko team to co-create and implement the B2B growth strategy - Executing  prospecting and nurturing activities using CRM and online tools Why Tylko?
